This course is an designed for participants with no programming experience, and at the end of the course the participant will be able to write ad-hoc codes to manipulate and visualize data in order to answer specific biological questions and to run specific packages for Big Data analyses.
For this training TEAMS/Rstudiocloud will be used. The course is run over three days, 4- 6th October with each day starting at 9:30am and ending at 4:30pm
In this 3 day introductory course you will learn:

• Create, rename, subset and manipulate R objects
• Use comments to annotate the script.
• Call functions and use arguments to change their default options
